Is There A God Or Not?

There are really only two possibilities. I challenge you to follow this web site through to truly find the answer in your own mind and heart.

The first possibility: There is no God.

    If we say there is no God, then we are saying that we are here by chance - no intelligent design or purpose. If we say that there is no design or purpose, then how are we to explain the following:

(1) How did humans come into existence? Are we here by chance or accident?

(2) The earth just happens to be the right distance from the sun. If it were closer, we would burn up. If it were farther, we would freeze.

(3) The trees produce oxygen, which we just happen to need to survive. We exhale carbon dioxide, which the trees just happen to need to survive and in turn produce oxygen.

(4) There is male and female gender of each species, which just happens to be required in order for the race to survive.

(5) The human body has a propensity to heal itself. For example, a cut bleeds, the blood clots, and the skin repairs itself.

(6) Which came first - the chicken or the egg?

 

The second possibility: There is a God.

    If we say there is a God, then we are saying that there is a reason and purpose for the following:

(1) We are here by choice. God chose to create us by design.

(2) God set the earth the right distance from the sun for its perfect balance for human existence.

(3) God created the trees and plants to coexist with humans and animals by design. God made us with lungs to make the system work and photosynthesis for the trees to complete the cycle.

(4) God made male and female to help each other, share life, and procreate.

(5) God created the human body by design.

(6) God created the chicken so it could lay eggs.
